These terms govern access to the website. Visitors may watch paid public placements. Users must not interfere with challenges, misuse accounts, scrape personal information, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Nature of service
TOPKAUN? provides promotional inventory through deterministic paid challenges. It is not gambling, betting, a lottery, or a prize scheme.
Availability
We may pause the board when integrity, safety, payment, legal, or technical issues require it. Material operator actions are recorded.
